| In the fall of 1994 Cindy A. Fox left behind fourteen years with corporate America to begin a much-needed journey of personal healing. Her new life-direction was the result of her daughter's suicide. Cindy decided to take this horrific act and create something meaningful.
As a result She's Unlimited was created and Cindy became a Personal Empowerment Consultant dedicating her life to helping others. Her dynamic lectures, workshops and seminars are presented to audiences across the country at colleges, prisons, churches, universities, and private business.
Blending humor and honest uncensored language Cindy stimulates her listeners with empowerment strategies that enlighten and entertain. Her ability to speak to a room full of people and address each one separately is one of the many qualities that separate Cindy from all the others.

October of 2002 Cindy gave up the two radio showes she was hosting to tour with her recorded lecture on CD, titled "Beyond Your Wildest Dreams", published by Aquarius Audio Publications.
Deciding to educate herself about suicide she came across some startiling statistics. "Evey 17 minutes another life is lost to suicide. Every day 86 Americans take their own life and over 1500 - attempt suicide. More teenagers and young adults die from suicide than from cancer, heart disease, AIDS, birth defects, stroke, pneumonia, influenza and cronic lung disease combined. In 2001 the Center for Medical Health Services' NATIONAL STRATEGY FOR SUICIDE PREVENTION released these terrible statistics. (For full report: Inventory number SMA01-3517 visit www.mentalhealth.org.
In response, "Stretch Your Heart" was formed, a fund to assist in the work of suicide eradication. With the help of a small volunteer board. Community activities and events are planned to raise public awareness about the constant threat of suicide. Funds raised are largely by donations and contributions.
